Recommended for the following applications:
- Carpets
- Artificial Turfs that are Rubber-Backed (Marine, Waffle, Foam)
- Non-Backed (Tufted or Woven) or Woven Polypropylene (Actionbac®)
- On Subfloor Surfaces that are Concrete (clean and fully cured) Max. MVER 5lbs./1000 sq ft/24 hours, pH 7.0-9.0,
- Asphalt Paving (clean and fully cured),
- Fiberglass
- Aluminum
- Marine Grade Plywood
Not Recommended for:
- Asphalt roofing
- Pressure treated wood decking
Pre-Application Tips:
- Clean and lightly scuff surface to provide for a mechanical bond
- You must cover 100% of the substrate with the adhesive
- Lay flooring flat 30-minutes before application
What Type of Adhesive Should I Use:
A solvent-free, latex-resin emulsion adhesive specifically designed for the installation of most outdoor and marine carpets. It should also be nonflammable and freeze-thaw stable (if allowed to freeze). Many are Anti-microbial protected and Green Label Plus Approved.
Recommended Trowel:
Carpets 1/8 x 1/8 x 1/8 V-Notch; 108 sq. ft./gallon
Sheet Goods and Tiles 1/16 x 1/16 x 1/6 V-Notch; 180 sq. ft./gallon
